Hi! I'm new in Mac. I have a MacBook Pro and a Panasonic digital camera that films great HD videos in MTS format. I know that Quicktime Player and iMovie don't support MTS videos, but is there any program to convert the videos to a supported format that can be able to watch and edit MTS videos with them?? Thanks in advance!! PS: I downloaded VLC Player and it works fine, but I would like to use Mac aplications...
From above ISSUE we can know the user want to edit MTS in iMovie and watch MTS on QuickTime Player. But iMovie don't support MTS on his or her Mac. In our daily life, we can get many MTS files from Canon/Sony/Panasonic camcorders like Sony NEX-F3, Panasonic HC-X900, etc. Do you also try to watch and edit MTS files on your Mac as the above user want- play MTS on QuickTime Player or edit MTS in iMovie on Mac?
As we know, QuickTime Player and iMovie are all from Apple Company and they all surpport QuickTime MOV format.
